Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that there may be some things you would like to know before joining our program. Below I have listed some typical questions I have received over time along with my responses. We hope you find this helpful.

1. I am new to coaching and really don't know what to expect?

When you have decided that coaching is right for you, you will meet for approximately 45 minutes for a pre-coaching session. You will discuss what coaching is, confidentiality agreements, duration of sessions and costs. If a third party (ie Manager or HR) is involved, they to will enter into an agreement.

2. What should you consider when selecting your coach?

When seeking to employ the services of a Executive Coach or Career Coach, you really need to find a professional that has experience in a range off sectors and can relate to people at all levels. They need to have experience in a variety of roles including leadership. More importantly, if you are seeking to work with a career coach, look out for their lived experience and ask them to share their background with you.

3. Can I be assured of Confidentiality?

When you enter into an agreement, both parties will sign a confidentiality agreement. More importantly, we pride ourselves in creating and maintaining a trusting environment. One of our values is Integrity, and you will be assured of that.

4. What does coaching typically cost?

Each coaching program is unique and we will provide a competitive rate that will be provided in our proposal and discussed with you when we meet.

5. Will I receive support outside of the coaching session?

Our relationship with you is important to us and we are flexible to help you wherever possible. Once our programs are completed, we will follow up and check on your progress.
