Ernie has 37 years of experience having worked as an Executive in Aviation having held senior leadership roles in Organisational and Professional Development, Human Resources, Engineering & Maintenance, Planning and Service Quality. Ernie excels in helping individuals, teams and organisations grow both personally and professionally. Passionate about helping people with disabilities and those less fortunate Ernie also serves as a board director for Rainbow Club Australia, a Not-for-Profit organisation.
